Institute Policies & Guidelines

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They outline our mutual commitments to ensure an authentic, safe, and organized online Quran learning experience for students and families worldwide.

وأوفوا بالعهد إن العهد كان مسئولا

“And fulfill every covenant, for covenants will indeed be questioned.”

Surah Al-Isra (17:34)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for a free trial, or enrolling in any Quran learning course with Raza Online Quran Institute, you (the student or the parent/guardian if the student is under 18) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time with prior notice provided to active families via WhatsApp or email.

2. 3-Day Free Trial Policy

We offer all new families a genuine 3-Day Free Trial (3 individual 1-on-1 sessions) with no registration fee, credit card requirement, or advance financial obligation.

The purpose of the free trial is to evaluate the student's current proficiency, assess compatibility with the assigned teacher, and experience our digital learning environment firsthand.

After completing the 3 trial sessions, parents/students are free to either formalize enrollment by paying the monthly tuition or discontinue with zero penalty.

3. Class Scheduling, Punctuality & Timezones

Classes are scheduled based on mutual agreement between the student/parent and the academy administration, adapted to your local timezone (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Europe, Australia, etc.).

Students are expected to join the virtual classroom (Zoom/Google Meet) on time. If a student is delayed, the teacher will wait in the classroom for up to 15 minutes before marking the session as unattended.

Class duration is typically 30 to 45 minutes per session depending on the enrolled package and the student's age/focus span.

4. Rescheduling, Leaves & Make-Up Classes

Notice of Absence: If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, the parent or student must notify the administration or tutor at least 4 to 6 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone.

Make-up Classes: For timely notified absences, the institute arranges make-up classes at a mutually agreed alternative time, subject to teacher availability.

Unnotified Absences: Classes missed without prior notice cannot be guaranteed a make-up class, as the teacher's dedicated hour was reserved.

Long-term Leave: For planned vacations or exams exceeding one week, notify the administration in advance so your dedicated slot can be reserved.

5. Code of Conduct & Islamic Etiquette

Quranic studies demand high adab (respect) and reverent Islamic manners. Students are expected to attend classes in a clean state (Wudu recommended), appropriately dressed, and in a quiet environment free from home distractions.

Mutual respect between teachers and students is strictly upheld. Bullying, discourteous behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Parents of young learners (ages 4-8) are encouraged to assist their children with equipment setup and initial class monitoring.

6. Teacher Allocation & Female Tutors

Dedicated Female Scholars: We guarantee qualified female Quran scholars (Alimahs/Hafizas) for all female students, adolescent girls, and young children upon request.

Teacher Consistency: We strive to maintain the same primary teacher throughout the student's course. If a teacher is unavailable due to emergency or scheduled leave, a qualified substitute scholar of equal qualification will be arranged with prior notification.

Parental Feedback: If you ever feel that your assigned teacher's teaching style is not optimal for your child, contact the management and we will arrange an alternative tutor free of charge.

7. Tuition Fees, Invoicing & Billing

Monthly Invoicing: Tuition fees are billed on a monthly advance basis according to the number of weekly sessions selected (e.g., 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week).

Fee Payment: Invoices are issued at the start of each billing month and are payable within 7 days via bank transfer, digital payment platforms, or credit/debit card as instructed.

Family Discounts: Sibling discounts are offered when two or more children from the same family enroll together.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may pause or cancel your enrollment at any time before the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle with no cancellation fee or long-term contract lock-in.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our service within the first week of paid enrollment, we will issue a prorated refund for any untaken classes or offer a change of teacher.

Paid classes that were completed or missed without notice are non-refundable.

9. Recording & Video Privacy Policy

Privacy Protection: To safeguard the sanctity of Islamic learning and protect the privacy of students and female scholars, unauthorized audio/video recording of live classes by either party is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

Supervision: Academy management may occasionally conduct quality audits of classes to ensure pedagogical excellence, student safety, and adherence to Tajweed standards.
