Academic & Progress Records: Attendance logs, Tajweed milestones, Surah memorization tracking, teacher assessments, and examination results.
We do NOT collect sensitive biological, racial, or extraneous political data.
Conducting 1-on-1 Classes: Assigning appropriate male or female scholars, scheduling classes in your exact local timezone, and conducting live sessions.
Parent Communication: Sending weekly progress updates, homework reminders, timetable adjustments, and tuition receipts via WhatsApp or email.
Academic Improvement: Monitoring student progress and helping tutors adapt teaching strategies to each individual student's learning speed.
Administrative Support: Responding promptly to parental inquiries, handling billing, and resolving technical or scheduling questions.
A large proportion of our students are young children and teenagers. We strictly adhere to child privacy standards (including principles of COPPA and GDPR-K).
We do not collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental/guardian consent. All registration and administrative contact is conducted strictly with parents or adult guardians.
Parents have the absolute right to inspect their child's educational records, request modifications, or ask for complete deletion of stored student information at any time.
Private 1-on-1 Sessions: All classes take place in encrypted, password-protected virtual rooms (Zoom / Google Meet). Only the assigned teacher and student have access to the link.
Strict No-Recording Policy: Tutors are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video sessions of students without explicit written parental consent. Likewise, students/parents are asked to respect the tutor's privacy and avoid publishing session recordings online.
Safe Environment: We enforce strict background standards and Islamic code of modesty during all live video calls.
We deeply understand the cultural and religious privacy considerations for Muslim sisters, teenage daughters, and young girls.
We provide dedicated, certified female Quran teachers (Alimahs and Hafizas) upon request.
Sisters are assured of a completely private and respectful virtual classroom setting at all times.
We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or lease student or parental personal data to third-party marketing firms, advertisers, or lead brokers under any circumstances.
Information is shared exclusively with necessary trusted service providers required to deliver our educational service (e.g., Zoom for encrypted meetings, secure billing gateways).
All staff members, tutors, and administrative coordinators sign strict confidentiality agreements regarding student data.
All tuition transactions are processed through secure, bank-grade encrypted channels and verified payment processors.
Raza Online Quran Institute does NOT store, process, or keep your full debit/credit card numbers or CVV codes on our academy servers.
